## 1. Return and refund policy

We want you to love your ritual. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

**Returns**
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. If you've opened a product and it isn't right for you, reach out within 30 days and we'll make it right.

**How to start a return**
Email contact@serelise.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

**Refunds**
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

**Damaged or incorrect items**
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.

## 2. Shipping policy

Every Serelise order is prepared and shipped from the United States.

**Processing**
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

**Shipping times & costs**
United States: 3–7 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over $30; a flat rate applies below that.
Canada: 6–12 business days. Duties and taxes may be collected at delivery.

**Tracking**
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
